Publication Fees and Open Access
According to the Editorial Policy of the collection “Central Ukrainian Scientific Bulletin. Economic Sciences”, the financial policy of the collection is based on the principles of accessibility of the publication process for authors, open access to published materials for readers, transparency of publication-related financial conditions, openness of scholarly communication, and the free dissemination of research results.
No Fees for Submission, Processing or Publication of Articles
The collection does not charge a submission fee, a peer-review or editorial processing fee, or an article processing charge (APC).
The Editorial Board of the collection does not charge authors any fees for: submitting a manuscript for consideration; initial processing of materials; checking compliance with content and formatting requirements; peer review of the article; editorial consideration; dissemination and publication of the article.
Open (“Diamond”) Access Model
The collection operates under an open (“diamond”) access model: publication is free of charge for authors, and access to the full texts of all articles and issues is free and open for users.
All published materials are made available on the official website of the collection in open access and may be freely read, viewed and downloaded by users without financial, technical or organisational restrictions, except for those arising from licensing terms and legal requirements.
The Editorial Board considers open (“diamond”) access not merely as a technical means of disseminating articles, but as one of the fundamental principles of the editorial policy, which contributes to: the wider dissemination of research results; increased visibility of publications; stronger academic exchange between Ukrainian and international scholars; and support for open science and accessibility of knowledge.
