Abstract

The article examines the role of financial mechanisms of transnational corporations in the development of international trade and international macroeconomics in the context of globalization and transformation of the world financial architecture. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive analysis of the essence and key forms of financial mechanisms of transnational corporations, as well as an assessment of their impact on the dynamics, structure and directions of international trade activity and international macroeconomics. Particular attention is paid to intra-corporate financing, transfer pricing, currency transactions and risk hedging mechanisms as tools for ensuring the competitiveness of transnational corporations in world markets.

The research used methods of theoretical generalization, system analysis, comparison and classification. The approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the interpretation of financial mechanisms of TNCs are analyzed, their economic nature and functional purpose are revealed. Based on the generalization of scientific sources and the practice of transnational corporations activities, the main forms of intra-corporate financing, transfer pricing methods and types of currency transactions are systematized. It is proven that the financial mechanisms of TNCs form a significant part of intra-firm trade and significantly affect international commodity and financial flows.

As a result of the study, it was concluded that the financial mechanisms of transnational corporations are one of the key factors in the development of international trade, as they ensure effective redistribution of capital, reduction of financial and currency risks and stability of trade transactions. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of their use in the formation of state policy for regulating the activities of TNCs and adapting national economies to global challenges. Prospects for further research are associated with an in-depth analysis of the impact of TNC financial mechanisms on the balance of payments of countries and the fiscal stability of national economies.
