The relevance of the paradigm of digitalization of the economy of agricultural enterprises is constantly growing rapidly in the current deep transformation processes of the ongoing fourth technological revolution. Ensuring maximum economic efficiency of the use of technical means in crop production will enable substantiation by modeling methods of their technical and economic indicators for specific conditions of work. An important task is the creation of an integrative model that systematizes the work of specialists and experts from various fields of science when setting up complex modeling systems in the economy.
The existing methods for determining the operational indicators of agricultural machines are analyzed. The use of an integrative approach to modeling the efficiency of mechanized field work is proposed. The integrative modeling of economic indicators of machine units in crop production and the levels of this model are considered: simulation modeling of unit productivity and fuel consumption, analytical models of process parameters, in particular, fuel consumption, effective engine power taking into account physical loads. The concept of systematizing the knowledge of experts in the fields of science in the integrative model of economic indicators of machine units is proposed. An example of the practical implementation of integrative modeling of comparative economic efficiency of field units when performing the technological operation of fertilizer application is given.
Scientific approaches are proposed to ensure the organization of knowledge of fields of science into a single digital system by determining the levels of the integrative model of economic indicators of machine units in mechanized field work. Ensuring the effectiveness of the development and expert analysis of the functioning of the system for modeling economic indicators of field units will be possible by systematization of the development of system objects by scientific experts of the involved fields of science. Prospects for further research into the use of integrative modeling in a digital decision support system are scientific substantiation of technical and economic indicators of project innovative developments of equipment for agro-industrial enterprises.
