The purpose of the article is to investigate the role of digital transformation tools in ensuring the economic resilience of agricultural enterprises under multifactor risks and to substantiate directions for enhancing the adaptability of agribusiness through the use of modern digital technologies. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing uncertainty of the business environment and the increasing impact of military, climatic, financial, logistical, and market risks, which require the implementation of new management approaches to ensure the stable functioning of agricultural enterprises.
The study employs methods of system analysis, logical generalization, comparison, scientific abstraction, and structural analysis. Modern digital transformation tools in the agricultural sector are examined, including precision agriculture technologies, Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, geographic information systems (GIS), cloud services, digital agribusiness management platforms, and blockchain technologies. The specific features of their application for reducing production, financial, market, and military risks are identified. It is demonstrated that digitalization contributes to increasing resource efficiency, improving the quality of managerial decision-making, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring the continuity of production activities. An analysis of contemporary research has shown that digital technologies are becoming a key factor in ensuring the economic resilience and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.
The results of the study indicate that the formation of a digital management model for agricultural enterprises enhances their adaptability to external threats and minimizes the consequences of multifactor risks. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches in the development of digital transformation strategies for agricultural enterprises. Prospects for further research are associated with assessing the economic efficiency of individual digital solutions and developing integrated indicators of digital resilience in agribusiness.
